Founded in 2004, Education-Relief, Inc. supports inclusive education, family-centered advocacy, and support for all children and teens with disabilities, including visible and invisible disabilities, learning differences, developmental challenges, and neurodivergence.

Our mission grew from both professional experience and personal experience, reflecting what it feels like to be different, to navigate complex systems, and to look for support that is compassionate and effective.

With more than 35 years of experience in special education, early intervention (EI), and applied behavior analysis (ABA), the practice includes roles as an advocate, consultant, educator, evaluator, trainer, International Coaching Federation (ICF) Neurodiversity Coach, and Group Coach Facilitator. Support includes Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) and Committee on Special Education (CSE) services, special education consulting, social-emotional learning (SEL), bully prevention programming, and coaching for individuals and families. The focus is on helping people build confidence, strengthen communication, and move forward with clarity.

This is shaped by lived experience as a neurodivergent parent who successfully navigated the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process while supporting her daughter. That experience brings both empathy and practical insight, supporting families and professionals in ways that are grounded, respectful, and responsive to real-world needs.

The goal is to create learning environments and support systems where people feel respected and have the tools they need to thrive. The approach is warm, thoughtful, and professional, with a focus on meaningful support and lasting impact.
