Neurodiversity Coaching
A strengths-based, individualized coaching service that helps people understand how their brains work, build on what they do well, and develop practical strategies for daily life, school, work, and future goals.
What is neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity is the idea that human brains naturally vary in how they think, learn, focus, communicate, and experience the world. Conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent profiles are not deficits to be fixed — they are different ways of processing and engaging with the world, each with its own strengths and challenges.
Strengths-based
We start with what's already working in your life, even if it feels small. Instead of asking 'What's wrong with you?' we ask 'What do you do well, and how can we use more of that?' That might be creativity, humor, persistence, or the way you advocate for your kids — and together we design strategies that lean on those strengths.
Affirming
Affirming means your brain, your reactions, and your needs are seen as valid — not broken, lazy, or 'too much.' Instead of trying to 'fix' your wiring, we get curious about it. We name and normalize things like needing more processing time, preferring written communication, or using movement to stay regulated, and we build supports around your real brain.
Future-focused
We don't stay stuck replaying past mistakes or only talking about what's hard right now. We zoom out and ask, 'What do you want life to look like in 3–12 months, and what small, doable steps move you there?' Then we turn those answers into routines, scripts, and systems that make daily life less chaotic.
